At AutoMarket, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their vehicle purchase. We understand that buying a car is a significant decision, and we want to make the process as transparent and worry-free as possible.
Note: All vehicles sold by AutoMarket undergo thorough inspections and come with a comprehensive vehicle history report. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we offer a return policy as detailed below.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be made within 7 days of purchase or 250 miles driven, whichever comes first
- The vehicle must be in the same condition as when purchased, with no new damage, modifications, or excessive wear
- All original documents, keys, and accessories must be returned with the vehicle
- The vehicle must pass our post-return inspection with no issues beyond normal test driving
- Proof of purchase (sales contract) is required
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items and situations cannot be returned:
- Vehicles with aftermarket modifications installed after purchase
- Vehicles with excessive mileage beyond the 250-mile limit
- Vehicles with damage, whether accidental or intentional
- Special order vehicles or custom builds
- Vehicles sold "as-is" with specific disclosure at time of sale
- Clearance or liquidation vehicles marked as final sale
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within the 7-day return period
- Schedule an appointment for vehicle inspection at our dealership
- Bring the vehicle, all keys, documents, and accessories to the appointment
- Complete the return paperwork with our staff
- Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refund Policy
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note:
- Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account
- Financing fees and interest paid may not be refundable (check with your lender)
- Documentation fees and taxes are typically non-refundable
- Any add-ons or services purchased with the vehicle may be subject to separate return policies

Exchange Policy
If you're not satisfied with your vehicle but still want to purchase from AutoMarket, we offer exchange options:
- You may exchange your vehicle for another of equal or greater value
- Price difference will be calculated and either refunded or added to your balance
- Exchanges are subject to vehicle availability
- The exchange must be completed within the 7-day return period
Warranty Information
All our vehicles come with warranty protection:
- New Vehicles: Manufacturer's warranty applies
- Certified Pre-Owned: Extended warranty included (terms vary)
- Used Vehicles: 30-day limited powertrain warranty included
Warranty claims are separate from returns and are handled through our service department.
